Nestled in a beautifully restored 200-year-old stone villa, Gastro House - Old Recipes & Pizza offers an authentic Albanian dining experience inspired by tradition, history, and local flavors. Once a typical Saranda family home, the villa has been carefully transformed into a restaurant while preserving its original architecture, stone walls, and warm atmosphere.
Here, guests are welcomed as if they were entering a traditional Albanian home, where food is prepared with passion and respect for generations-old recipes.

extends to our artisanal pizza. Honoring
the oldest techniques of dough-making, our
pizza is crafted through a slow, natural
fermentation process, entirely free from
industrial additives or processed yeasts. By
returning to these ancient methods, we
create a crust that is exceptionally light,
airy,
and easy to digest—a true testament to the
purity of natural ingredients and the
beauty of time-honored
